What, Exactly, is a Religion?
Religion is a search for universal and eternal truth via Socrates, Jesus, and Buddha. If you can't work with any of that, your religion is wrong. It is the year of our Lord 2025 because we do not anticipate a repeat performance.
Some traditions believe everyone has to be dumb enough to be pushed around by anyone dumb enough to believe it. They continue to expand because their ancestors owned our ancestors before they escaped, now we're all born fugitives from a debt we can never repay.
First do no harm or you are not a doctor. You are a barbarian, an animal. You have no rights, no authority. You have transgressed the noble assembly.
The following defines minimum enforceable requirements for purposes of executive, judicial, legislative, or "foreign" protection and tax exemption.
1. Philosophy - an approach to life which transcends death. A philosopher is unafraid to meet his gods.
2. Diplomacy - the lawful and customary negotiation of binding agreements between various orders of sovereignty: Secular, Sectarian, or Ecclesiastical; Criminal, Maritime, Colonial, etc. These entities are known to exist, acting upon the blessing of a church, or ratification by a governing body.
3. Cult - a tradition or social group practicing a tradition which demonstrates ties to the land through ritualized ceremonial burial. (May include systematic birth, marriage, and death records.) This establishes the existence of "culture." See also "Tradition."
4. Religion - the search for universal and eternal truth. This definition transcends "philosophy," since some cults defy fundamental customs and traditions which are indispensable to the lawful and binding fulfillment of legal contracts. Religion confers sovereignty upon its devotees. When sovereignty relies upon denying that of others, it cannot exist without government. The implication being that in the absence of the state, it ceases to exist. The existence of a church implies separation from the state, but being a search for universal and eternal truth, persists beyond the limitations of both.
5. Doctor - any official diplomatic appointee who is sworn to act on behalf of a legally- recognized order of sovereignty, such as a fraternity, guild, union, or republic. Not exclusive to, but defined by, the ancient artisan's guild of the Greek biophysician, (or biophysicist) this oath establishes stoic authority to act on behalf of their order of sovereignty toward the benefit of society, or "the greater good." This includes doctors, medics, police, first responders, emergency rescuers, and military personnel; whereas pirates are recognized as fugitives of a foreign crown, represented on the land by an official with whom they hold a "Letter of Marque," allowing direct responsibility for the delivery of salvage obtained by coincidence.
Pirates and Privateers do not control colonial markets or facilities directly. Any temple, palace, fortress, or money-changing operation, such as banks, parlors, jails, and hospitals, which are not directly beholden to the democracy, should be regarded as foreign to the public. This means they possess a title or deed recognized by the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury, State, or other Executive Cabinet as being granted directly by a foreign diplomatic sovereignty, who guarantees its continued operation by their laws, within their sphere of influence and locus of control.
6. Science is the art of creating tools which produce accurate results universally. This applies to measurement and calculation, trial and error, and so on. For purposes of taoism and dadaism, which are philosophies, not religions, whether or not you are a believer, ask yourself: is this a tool, or a toy?
It should be presumed that any statesman, diplomat, governor, philosopher, cultist, priest, rabbi, doctor, etc., asserts expertise for the prestige of their own order, even in defense of another. Simply preventing an act of war against a lawful enemy does not imply any challenge to their official status, merely that such an act of war is not officially sanctioned or viewed as favorable to the interests of either agency or the other.
We do not have spies, rogues, or enemy operatives evading capture within our areas of operation legally. If they evaded capture, it should be presumed that they returned to their point of origin for legal purposes. Otherwise, that actor is regarded as "persona non-grata," a legal nonentity until properly classified. You see why democracy is pivotal to Classical Society. There is no secret empire, and a rational authority does not undermine the integrity of its own sovereignty. Political Science is a study of social engineering. Get over it.
I humbly reiterate my Oath of Service to the Constitution as a wrongfully persecuted enlistedman, and assure the Departments of State and Treasury, the U.S. Senate, all essential Executive Cabinets and their intermediaries, that I only oppose those alleged offices which present irreconcilable discrepancies between the Bill of Rights in the context of ancient laws and customs defining rational authority, nobility, democracy, sovereignty and hegemony, for purposes of continuity, security, and ethical defensibility.
In other words, the disposition of our alleged deficit is our shared responsibility, and its fulfillment is at our discretion where the law runs contrary to our ability to enforce it legally, let alone attain legally or ethically defensible victory or survival. The secret assertion that we act against our own best interests is a challenge not only to the agent and his agency, but the establishment as a whole.
My schools of unguided, informal expertise fall under various categories relating to cultural studies, including linguistics and symbology, and are asserted in the manner of a gentleman when applicable. Despite having been denied my chosen profession in favor of unknown hostile and dishonorable third parties, I reject any action taken against the Department of Defense ostensibly on my behalf, and any assertion of cowardice, dishonesty, or false allegiance, used as pretense to punish my people, my flock, or my alleged captures, absent due process under the law, or direct and personal representation in any House of God on the land.
No legal, official, or otherwise sovereign entity should be protected in acting against a father on behalf of his child, absent direct representation by the church or state. This means marriage in an international religious tradition, or recognition as a unified fiscal entity for purposes of taxation. Therefore, the assertion of a binding legal contract made with an ostensible matriarch in the absence of the state or her father's or husband's church, should be regarded as an act of persecution against all of the above, for purposes of actionability.
The public can enforce whatever they call "marriage." Democratic authority is just a business contract, for-profit or otherwise. The Judeo-Christian tradition does not reject God's will by recognizing "holy" matrimony between souls which cannot bring new kings into the world. This means one man and one wife. Therefore, no unknown bastard child can be regarded as a threat to the rightful king and heirs, nor the question of birthrite used as pretense to rob the flock in their absence. In order to fulfill its ultimate purpose, the minimum requirements of the Vatican include birth and death records. Do not tamper with obituaries and coroner's reports.
Other traditions recognize the irrational threat this presents in less-hospitable circumstances, and allow for multiple wives. Where a wife is incapable of childbirth, efforts must be made to fulfill the dowry without engaging in human sacrifice for foreign prophets. One does not marry into a castle, cancel their contract, and retain the treasure, deeds and titles conferred without heirs to the bride's father's estate.
The C of E provides for direct, legal action by the church where a number of lords are defrauded, or where they may have been detained by duty, honor, or undue influence. I have seen conflicting limits, and leave further definition to the creditors in any event. This has to do with unwarranted expansion by or on behalf of anyone asserting filial ties to the rightful owners. Friendly fire will be accounted for.
RACISM disqualifies one as a rational authority because it implies phobia: "an irrational fear or hatred." It is not a carte blanche diplomatic prerogative to override rational discourse. Denying something is wrong based on skin color is just as racist as hating many people for the skin color of a few. At any rate, factual truth should not be mistaken for irrational. It is not racist if it is true. Letting certain people mess with us until we say that word is not racism, it's called classical conditioning. And you're doing it wrong.
Arguments for continuity include:
- Sovereignty, as it pertains to credit
- Hegemony, as it pertains to security
- Democracy, as it pertains to enforceability
- and legislation, litigation, etc., as they pertain to fulfillment of obligation by and to the marketplace.
I welcome requests for elaboration on any point made above, or contributions for consideration in any case not mentioned, as pertains to rights which are common and undeniable to the practice of faith. If a belief system cannot be reconciled with the direct rights and responsibilities of the father's community to his child, it cannot be regarded as independent of the state.
Our word for "taxes" comes from the Arabic "taqiyya." It believes our ancestors escaped enslavement by theirs and we are all born fugitives of a debt we can never repay. So tax exemption is technically against their religion, but it only matters for us. Islam has a right to trade protections within its own territory because they perform last rites, but it's currency outside those limits will be assayed and treated for mineral value alone. Our policy? The global trade in oil for Christian Souls has cost us more than any campaign fund can ever recover. The Irish invented whiskey. The heathen would have never heard of gasoline. You fools would still be slinging balls of flaming mud at each other in wooden boats and dying of shock trauma in surgery and septicemia afterward if not for the Irish. It's not the muslims, it's Islam. But it is Islam.
